Unique "Magic Dry" technology ( = non-liquid lubrication inside sealed sewing head) has been introduced to achieve the feature.

Special seals are installed at each end of bushings to avoid
oil leakage through needle bar, presser bar, etc.

current model FD-62G -
l Newly designed fabric trimmer driving mechanism to be built inside sewing head.
l Covered upper knife driving connecting rod area – presser foot lifter lever have been re-designed.
l Inside of sewing head area is separated from other part of machine by special seals to prevent the oil, which is supplied to the other parts from coming inside sewing head.
Above-mentioned feature prevents:
1. oil from dripping down to fabric from above.
2. dust from coming inside of sewing head.

l High-tech metal surface treatment for less friction have been introduced to each moving parts in and around sewing head area and minimize necessity of lubrication.
l Special grease, which transform itself from solid to heavy fluid and vice versa, according to machine's running status, is introduced for optimal lubrication to each moving parts inside sewing head.
