Variable Top/bottom Feeder feeds both upper and lower ply of fabric directly for twist free finish. This provides operators with easy handling of fabrics and reduces their fatigue for further uniform good finishing quality.

Top feed dog always bring top ply of fabric closer to needle drop point for secure feeding performance, at any feed amount.

More space on left side of needle drop point as position of needle bar driving link is higher than the con ventional machine. This change of design helps easier handling. Also, top feed dog and feed dog adopter is set at flat faces for easier height adjustment according to thickness of fabric.

Active Thread Control
- Active Thread Control is now equipped as standard for all the "VGS Series".
- The function makes best use of needle thread take-ups, looper, needle bar, and feed dogs to control ideal thread supply for each stage of stitch formation with minimum resistance on each thread, while usual interlock machines control thread supply with resistance, mainly using thread tension disks.
- The function helps the machine to form neat seam finish without too much stress on each thread. As the stitch is formed with minimum stress on each sewing thread, neatly tightened, but durable and stretchable seam can be obtained.

- Such wide variety of seam can be adjusted by "visible" operation, such as moving the position of thread take-ups and thread eyelets, which is easily and accurately re-peatable and help your flexible and quick response for many different styles of orders from your clients.
