This 2-Needle 4 Thread Interlocker for Elastic Tape attaching on Ladies panty is giving pre-set tension to elastic tape, feeding from roll or box. The fabric is trimmed for overlap, tape is cut and inserted automatically for next piece. Machine stop after overlap.


Operator is just required to load, handle and unload the article. Yamato's uniquie "Pull, Cut & Re-entry" sytsem saves approx.50% of waste of tape, compared to usual flatbed elasticator.
