1 Needle 3 Thread Cylinder Bed Overlock Machine with Metering Device and Tape Dispenser Upon release of this new model, 2 different type of metering device control : “MC” and “2 function (=no MC)” become one type “MA” only. Appearance of control panel is similar to “MC”, but switchable into “2 function” by chaging setting of control panel. Tape dispenser, the function that AEF-31 played, is packaged: no need for users to purchase AEF or Racing additionally. The tape dispenser feeds tape according to machine rotation and feed amount of metering device. Such feature gives much less stress on elastic tape before entering metering device than existing tape feeder such as AEF and Racing TFU, with which the tape is fed when it is given a certain tension. The new tape dispenser also uses micro switch, as feeding amount of tape dispenser is set less than feeding amount of metering device in order to prevent the tape from being fed too much between tape dispenser and metering device and tangled around tape guide etc., but the frequency of the switch to be actuated is much less than existing AEF. When the tape is tangled, the buzzer let you know the trouble. Power box, air regulator and solenoid valves are assembled in one box for easier setup than existing AZ8451.		This machine attaches elastic tape on circular articles such as leg opening of swimwear and bikini briefs etc. Cylinder shaped sewing bed ensures smooth flow of the work without obstruction. Stepping motor driven metering device gives necessary tension to elastic. 26 x 20 different tension can be programmed according to various sewing conditions. Besides, “cut and re-entry” system eliminates waste of elastic tape. Furthermore, new tape dispenser (PAT.P) provides relaxed elastic tape into metering device for all the time for further neat finish and uniform size of garments. 1-Nadel-3-Faden-Zylinderarm-Überwendlingmaschine mit Metering Device (Zumess-Einrichtung) und Bandzuführung Mit dieser Maschine wird elastisches Band an rundgeschlossene Teile, wie Beinausschnitte an Badebekleidung und Bikinihöschen u.s.w. angenäht. Der Zylinderarm ermöglicht einen störungsfreien Materialtransport. Die mittels Schrittmotor angetriebene Zumesseinrichtung (metering device) garantiert die nötige Bandspannung. Je nach Bedarf können bis zu 26x20 verschiedene Bandspannungen programmiert und sofort abgerufen werden. Nach dem Bandabschneiden wird der Presserfuß angehoben und das nächste Teil eingelegt. Das spart erhebliche Mengen des teuren Elastikbandes. Der Bandzuführer (Patent angemeldet) sorgt für die Zufuhr des Elastikbandes in völlig entspanntem Zustand, sodass die am Metering Device eingestellten Werte immer gleichmäßig zur Wirkung kommen. Somit wird eine immer gleiche Passform der genähten Teile erreicht. Le nouveau système du distributeur de bandes (le brevet P) donne un élastique sans tension au mécanisme d’alimentation assurant des mesures uniformes et exactes en fin d’opération.
