2 Needle 4 Thread Flat Bed Interlock Stitch Machine for Lip Binding and Attaching Lace, with Right Hand Fabric Trimmer and Stepping Motor Driven Metering Device Many lady’s underwear manufacturers use binding machine for lip binding, but there is a risk that the body material cannot be sewn inside the tape when turning curbs. As the model VF2459 is equipped with fabric trimmer, the risk is minimized. Difference between existing VF2459G and VF2459H l Metering device is not vertical, but horizontal like VF2429 Therefore exclusive table with cut for the metering device is not necessary. As the position of metering device is same as VF2429, the model is also applicable for lace attaching operation, but distance between fabric trimmer and needle dropping point is longer than VF2429. Therefore, it is better to use VF2429 for lace attaching operation with small radius curbs. As Yamato VF2459H cuts the end of fabric just before the binder, such risk is minimized. Besides, “Active Thread Control System (PAT.P)” is introduced to obtain soft and durable seam suitable for recent lady’s intimate apparel products using elastic materials. Also, this machine can be converted into lace attaching machine for more flexibility against frequent change of items to be sewn.

Die Maschine kann in eine Ausführung zum Annähen von Spitze umgebaut werden und ist daher eine flexible Antwort auf die ständigen Veränderungen bezüglich verschiedener zu nähender Artikel.
